What do I need to do before arriving? As these are tourist apartments without a reception, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in via the link you will receive upon making your reservation. You will need to:
Fill in the details of all travellers over 16 years of age.
Provide a copy of the ID of the reservation holder.
Provide the details of a credit or debit card as a guarantee. No charge will be made: the card is used solely as a guarantee against possible damages. In the case of a debit card, a temporary deposit of €150 will be made, which will be blocked until check-out and automatically released if no damage is found.
Once the check-in is completed, you will receive instructions and access codes by email.
Through which platform is the check-in done? We use the Chekin platform (
guest.chekin.com). Search for your reservation using the "Find my reservation by Check-in Date and email" option.
What email address should I use for check-in? It is very important that you provide an email address that you can access on your mobile phone when you are at the accommodation door, as the instructions and access codes will be sent to that email. You can also have the email printed or check it via the check-in link.
When will I receive the access codes? As soon as you complete the check-in, you will receive an email with all the instructions. Furthermore, the codes will be available in the "virtual key" section of the check-in page, accessible from 48 hours before the check-in day. You can also check them at any time on the Chekin portal using your check-in date and email address.
