Recognized for over a decade with a Michelin Star and two Repsol Suns, Miguel Barrera is the most awarded chef in the province, and with him, you will take a journey through the aromas and flavors of local produce in a 12-course menu prepared with care for the guests of Antic Palau.

You will be able to taste, among others, his famous 'de penjar' tomato (Alcalá de Xivert), salt-cured sardine and grilled garlic, or the anchovy, tiger nut ajoblanco from Valencia, and pickles. And of course, the rice with squid and old-fashioned meatball, the market fish over tripe and pea stew, or the milk-fed lamb cuts with tubers and roots.
